Illini Novice Women are National Champions

The Novice Women rowed a near perfect race while being chased by Vanderbilt the entire length of the course. The Women's 4+ of Meridith Kisting, Danielle Saubert, Julia Briscoe, Sandra Peters and coxswain Samantha Sanders won by 1/2 of a boat length over Vanderbilt and well open on the rest of the field led by UCDavis who took third.
