Chris Marr Wins St. Louis Indoor

Novice Men's rower Chris Marr won the St. Louis Indoor Rowing Championship in the Novice Men's Openweight Division. His time of 6:41 for the 2000m race was the fastest collegiate time of the day. This victory in the Fighting Illini's first indoor race of the season bodes well for the team in the month to come.Chris will look to become the second Illini to win the triple crown by claiming victory at next weekend's Illini Indoor, and the Chicago Indoor at the end of the month.
