Last Week Before Race Day

The Fighting Illini are gearing up for their Double Header Season opener coming up this Saturday October 8th and Sunday October 9th. The Illini will kick off their Fall Season at the Trinity Quad Cities Classic in Moline, IL on Saturday racing in the Collegiate Varsity and Novice 8+'s and the Novice Women's 4+.The team will immediate move onto Rockford, IL for the Head of the Rock on Sunday where they will face some of the toughest competition of the season coming from all across the Midwest. This year, we will be entering an Alumni boat, so interested Alumni please contact us about participating.All friends, family, alumni, and Illini Fans are welcome to stop by the tents on race day to participate in the festivities, meet the crew, and enjoy a day of racing.
